Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
i was involved in a car accident and was at fault. Was a fender bender and no one was hurt. we did not file a police report. The other drive has filed a claim with my ins co and need to call my ins company back but would like to know what info should i give and what should be left out?

Whatever information you provide should be the truth. You should not "leave out" any information which would assist your insurance company in handling the claim. You have an obligation to be forthright and honest.
