i was involved in a single auto accident the police report said i had been drinking which was true but did not require a bac my secondary health coverage company aflac is refusing to pay thousands of dollars for my accident policy i had because my blood alcohol was over the legal limit of fl laws can they refuse payment

Probably not, but it would depend on the terms of your policy. Ask them for the exclusion that they rely on.

It really depends on the terms of your policy. Speak with them and ask for another copy of your policy if you no longer have it. After doing so, consult with an attorney if you still think you need legal help. Regards,
