Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
I was involved in a traffic accident in palm beach Florida there were no injurys I was pulling my boat behind my truck and a car hit the boat flipping it over the trailer and boat are damaged not my truck I did not have insurence on the boat or trailer only on my truck the person who struck my boat was found at fault by the police and ticketed does his insurance cover my property damage?
