Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
I have a leased car, with insurance but someone with no license was driving it and totaled it what is going to happen? no one was hurt

Your insurance may not provide coverage for the property damage that occurred with an unlicensed driver in control of the car. Did you know that the driver was unlicensed? You should consult your insurance agent and possibly an attorney to determine how you will handle the problem.
