Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
are they liable?
I was at work and in the work parking lot a tree from the works neighbors which hangs over into the work parking lot had a acorn fall off and broke my back window on my car, Who should pay?

If you have comprehensive insurance, then your carrier will cover the damage. Otherwise, in my opinion, there is no liability for a falling acorn. As an aside -- that is one heck of an acorn. For your window to be capable of being broken by an acorn suggests that there was a defect in the glass.
