Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Life Insurance Benefactors
I am a non-married women who was left a life insurance policy by a friend. My friend has several blood relatives and no will. Are my friend's blood relatives able to contest this life insurance policy? If no, am I responsible for the funeral expenses? My friend does not have an estate, but does have sufficient funds in the bank.
