Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
life insurance policies
I have been notified that I am the benefactor of my significant other's life insurance policy who just passed. My significant other has blood relatives, but no will. Can my significant other's family contest this policy, or am I eligible for this money by myself? My significant other did have sufficient funds in savings to cover bills.
