Just turn the matter over to your insurance company. It is their responsibility to defend you and pay any damages that may be assessed. The law requires you to reveal the insurance information to the fast food place, and that's what you pay the premiums for anyway. Your insurance company will probably take a statement from you, and you will likely never hear of the matter again.
