Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida

I live in Florida, a no fault state, I had an accident when a car failed to stop at stop sign, the cop didn't give the other person a ticket, he said it was his option although the other person admitted fault and the cop wrote on his report that the other person was at fault. Will the other person's insurance have to pay for my car repairs?

No fault has nothing to do with property damage. They should pay for the costs of repair or , if you have collission coverage, go to your carrier.
