Making an insurance claim on a scooter accident
What is the statuate of limitation on making a claim against someones insurance company? I had an accident on a friends scooter two years ago and never thought to include their insurance info. I filed using my own but was left with a lot of medical bills to pay. Is it too late to contact their insurance?

Re: Making an insurance claim on a scooter accident
Having an accident on a friends scooter does not mean that you are entitled to insurance benefits on a policy bought by yor friend. That is his insurance -- not yours. If the accident was caused by someone else's negligence, then you may have a claim against them -- but if the accident was your fault, you are responsible for your own injuries. If you have health insurance, you should contact them, of course.
