Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Medical Coverage
My employer switched my group coverage to a lesser plan without giving me enough notice to explore my options. My wife is currently pregnant and the new 'cheaper' plan will end up costing me thousands more in medical bills this year. What options do I have? Can I retain my former coverage?

No. Your Employer can change benefits at any time without prior notice unless otherwise stated in an Employment Contract or Manual.
