Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
My Mother died and she made me a beneficiary to an insurance policy that I was not aware of . They are asking for the death certificate and insurance policy . I dont have the insurance policy.What should I do?

Who is "they"? If it is the carrier, they will have a copy. Tell them the original cannot be located. Send the death certificate.
