Moving company nightmare
If the moving company destroyed my furniture upon delivery and they only offer $00.60 per pound on each set of furniture of insurance. If I have pictures and proof of extensive damage can I take them to small claims for more?

Sometimes your contract limits your damages. Read your agreement.

An interstate move is governed by a Federal law called the Carmack Amendment. What they sold you as Insurance is in gact not insurance at all. Its terms limit what you can recover and how you can recover. Read what you signed. The answer to your question can be found there.
