moving damage claim insurance co. check
to deposit an insurance co. check received by me for a moving damage claim as a partial payment, what should I note on the check before deposit in bank so I may go back without prejudice to claim additional funds due from these and other damaged items.

If they intended to pay you in full what you write will mean nothing to them. Suggest you clear this up with them before you deposit the check.
