Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
i was named beneficiary of my brothers life insurance he had from his work, he worked for at@t in fla. his ex wife filed a cliam for it but was denied. the insurance is with met life, they sent a letter to me stating she was denied, i have filed a claim for the benefits. they are telling me she has 2 months to file an appeal. why
