Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Non-Compliance with Florida Statute 627.4137
I recently served a Florida business with Florida Statute 627.4137, Disclosure of Certain Information Required. They did not provide the information pursuant to that statute. As a legal assistant, one would think I knew the answer to this question ... but I don't. What is the penalty for not complying with that statute and the required 30-day response time? Thank you!
