Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
open container
I was involved in a traffic accident and the other driver was ticketed for the accident (ran a stop sign) however I was given a ticket for an open container that was in the car. Is the other driver fully responsible for the damages to my car and my medical bills (state of Florida)?

Yes, assuming you were not negligent in causing or contributing substantially to causing the accident.
