passenger guest statute
does florida have a automobile passenger guest statute....if so what does it say about a passenger sueing the driver for injuries sustained for his careless driving

No it does not. The owner and driver owe a duty to their passengers of due care.

Florida does not have such a statute. A passenger is free to sue both the negligent driver AND the owner. A passenger still must establish a permanent injury to sue for pain and suffering under Florida law.
