Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
photographing accidents
Is it legal for me to respond to an auto accident, photograph the scene, hand out my business card,(I am a licensed photographer), and have those involved give my card to their insurance adjuster? My intentions are to sell the photos to the insurance company. Can the police prohibit me from doing this?

Re: photographing accidents
As long as you do not interfere with the police investigation or block traffic or violate any traffic laws you should be fine. Don't stop with the insurance adjuster, the injured party may want your pictures as well. If I represented them, I know that I would.
