Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
PIP ins billing
Is there a florida law that states my auto ins has to be billed for my mva? and if my medical ins was billed instead of my pip is it the responsibility of my health care provider to reimburse my medical ins for monies paid on a PIP claim when they did not have the PIP ins at the time of service?

Re: PIP ins billing
Your PIP is primary and should pay for the first 10,000, then your health insurance starts. If your health insurance paid some, you should ssend your co-pay bills to the PIP carrier and they will write you a check.
If you gave the doctor only your health insurance information, then you should be sure in the future you use your pip before you start with your health insurance.
