Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Hi, I am planning on having a wedding in florida at a venue that allows me to bring my own food and alcohol. What steps would I need to take as far as insurance and legally serving alcohol if the venue does not have insurance or a liquor license?

Check with an insurance agent about the coverage. Check with the State agency licensing alcohol to determine if you need a specific license for your event. The facility who rents the room ought to be able to assist with both of these as I am sure they have done this before.
