Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida

purjured testamoney overturn summary judgment

If a descision is made in the court of one state for summery judgmant and that descision was based on false information, does the court of another state which the case was forward on to have a legal mandate to abide by the ruling of the first state. Is there any cases I can refer to in order to get the second court to disregard the descision of the first court.

If the first court had jurisdiction of the parties the second court will not look into the judgment. Judgments are entitled to full faith and credit. Your remedy is to have the first judgment vacated.
