Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
How to put someone on a life insurance Will who reside outside the country?
* How to create a ''Will'' where I can put someone who reside outside the country/do not have social security?
* Do I need a lawyer to do this, I need recommendation/contact.
* On a Will, I need this specific person to have 50% of my work life insurance (50% to husband). ALso will get a share of my benefits insurance.
* How much will it cost to create such legal will?
* Please provide, if applicable, specific amount & details.
Thank You.

A life insurance beneficiary need not be mentioned in the will if he is designated in the
insurance policy. He need not have a ss# or be a US resident however, he should be named and have an address. You should have a will for your other assets.
