Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
I reciently signed up for insurance through my company on July 31,2012 during open enrollment, now the insurance company is trying to back bill me for the whole month of July. Question is: shouldnt I be billed from the day I sign up and not the day they decide open enrollment starts?
