Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
I recieved LTD for 15 months from Aetna, before being approved for SSD. I recieved my aproval from SSD in 10-2009,and it started in December, for November 09. My LTD company now says I have to pay them back for the past insurance payments. They were lower than my SSD is, but not by much. Is there a law stating I must pay them and how do they figure out the amount?

It is covered by your contract. Read it. I think you will find that you owe them the money.
