Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Removing a case from federal court
Is there any way to remove a pending action out of federal court and into state court when there are already two related pending claims between the same parties that were filed in state court? The claim I wish to remove is in federal court under diversity jurisdiction.

not without the agreement of the other party -- assuming that there is proper diversity jurisdiction in the first place -- otherwise, you could move to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.
