Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Risk of injury at someones home.
We live in a mobile home park in Cocoa Florida. We have a pool in a fenced part of our yard. We also have a trampoline, but it is not in a fenced in area. My question is should I have parents write me a letter giving their kids permission to jump or play here at their own risk? IF so what needs to be included? Or can I purchase a form that expresses everything important?

No such waiver would be enforceable in a court.
