I would like to know if my mothers disability insurance company can make me pay them the money i am getting as back payment from scocial sceurity.

you have already posted this question and it has been answered. You need to look at the contract. You need to contact the company and ask them for the specific provision that require you to pay them when you are not the insured. It would stun me if there is such a provision.
