Our lawyer went and settled on our case we didn't sign any papers yet can we change our mind and go to trial instead of going with the settlement since we didn't sign anything

Re: settlement
If you knoeingly and voluntarily gave your attorney the authority to settle your case, then the case is settled. It is not necessary for there to be a signed agreement.
