Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
When signing a contract with a roofing contractor both my name & my husband's name is on the contract but only my husband signed it the contractor sent a claim to my insurance for an outrageous amount and both my husband & I had to go for a deposition, I have since gotten several estimates and they are at least $23,000 less then what was submitted to my insurance company. Is this contract binding if I didn't sign it?
