Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
my sister and her husband bought a house in Satsuma flrida and later found out that the reason the owner financed it was because the house wa uninsurable so what can she do legally.

Why uninsurable? What disclosures were made? Did they have a realtor or lawyer?
