Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
SIU is reaching out to me regarding my 3 week old claim for my lost Rolex. 17K. It is lost. I will save details as it is truly lost. I have appraisal' I answered the claims questions. Now, I get a voice-mail from SIU. They want to ask a few more questions. I should mention I am an insurance agent. So, I understand red flags. My question, should I speak with them and see what they will ask or get a lawyer?

Sounds to me like you definitely need an attorney. I would not call back. Hire an attorney and let them reach out
