Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
slip and fall
My wife has osteoporosis and is taking pain medicine from a accident she had ten years ago. She had whiplash in her neck. She hurt her spine and buttocks and the manager of the store admitted it was the stores fault that she fell. Does she have a law suit even if she had a previous injury?

Re: slip and fall
Yes she does. Everyone has some past medical history. When you cause an injury you take the person as you find them and are responsible for any new injury or aggravation of an old injury. You might step on the toe of a diabetic causing amputation of the leg and be responsible. The important thing is to be truthfull and not conceal the earlier injury.
First check if the store has medical payments insurance for immediate payment of hospital & doctor.
