Starting up own insurance company
We would like to start our own boat insurance company here in Florida. How would we go about this and what type of reserves would we need?

You need to contact the Flordia Department of Insurance.

This is a highly regulated inductry and one in which you would likely need at least a few million dollars. If you are serious, you should contact a good lawfirm and the Department of Insurance.
