Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
my step father and i were in our work vehicle and was struck by another car. The other driver was deemed responsible. The repairs was made to the work vehicle, but the rental has yet to be paid. 30 days or better has passed or better, what should he do ? He called, not sure if it was at fault Ins. Co. or his, and they said it was in probate and could take two years for it to be settled. It was a minor fender bender. Other driver refused ambulance services.

Not enough facts. You need to seek some legal help. If repairs were paid for then rental should be paid by at fault driver insurance. Don't deal with them by phone. Deal with them in writing.
