Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Stolen car
My car was stolen in December and we submitted the police report to the insurance agency and answered all of the questions me and my wife, they still says they have unresolved questions and continue to contact us. After all that now they are asking me to do an examinaion with their attorney under oath. Why is this necessary/ and what should I expect? Can they do this? It was not my fault the car was stolen

Re: Stolen car
Retain an attorney. This occurs when they think a false report has been made.
