Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Stolen Vehicle
My R.V. was stolen from a lot that had my vehicle on consinement. My insurance co.has denied responsability because the R.V, was on consinment. The R.V. dealership has denied responsability due to a clause in the consinment papers which states 'we are not responsable for any loss'.The keys where also missing along with my R.V.
Do I have any claim on the dealer ship for neglect??

Re: Stolen Vehicle
Probably -- depends on the specific wording on the consignment contract. You insurance policyt may also cover the loss . . . . again, depends on the wording of the insurance contract. You should contact a lawyer so the paperwork can be reviewed.
