Can a subrogation service company cancel your insurance?

Not sure even what this means. If the insurance company has assigned their subrogation rights to another company, that company does not likely control your insurance. They control the debt. The insurance company may be able to cancel your insurance for failure to abide by your contractual obligations. Seek some legal help with all your paperwork.
