Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Subrogation for an unavoidable accident
My son had an unavoidable accident and we are being threatened with lawsuit from a third parties insurance company. All charges were dismissed by District Attorney, no judgements were ever received against me or my son.
Insurance company has already turned situation over to a collection agaent who continues to threaten action with no basis for demands.
What can I do to protect myself?
