surgery
does fl. health care cover bariactric surgery and do they cover the the removeal of all the hanging skin after surgery

I am not sure what you mean by "Florida Health Care." Usually, this question is determined by the terms of your insurance policy. If you have no insurance, and the question is whether the government will pay for a gastric bypass and then cosmetic surgery, I doubt that it would. You can, however, call and find out. Any physician that performs the procedure will be able to tell you.
