Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
If I'm talking to, let's say an insurance company, and they have already said they are recording the conversation for "Quality Assurance Purposes", can I record them too WITHOUT telling them? I mean, doesn't that then automatically make it legal for BOTH parties to record? And if so, can the conversation be used in court? I live in Florida.

I get this all the time when talking to an insurance company representative. I often start telling them the same whether I record or not. It seems only fair and solves the problem of use in court. Without researching I don't know your answer that I could count on.
