Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Uninsured Minor in an accident
My 16 year old Sons friend allowed him to drive his car, knowing that my son did not have a license and his car was uninsured. He got into a accident now my son is being threathened to be sued for $47000 I would just like to know who is liable for this, My son or the owner of the car?
