Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
Will another person's auto insurance cover this?
Back in February 2002, my wife and I were in a minor auto accident in her car, a rear end collision. There was no damage to her car, no airbags opened, as well as in the other vehicle. However, months later, the people claimed injury. The question is this. I was driving my wife's vehicle. She is an insured, as well as anyone who drives her vehicle. However, I have no auto insurance on my vehicle. Because I do not have auto insurance, can my wife's insurance agency refuse coverage of this matter? The policy paperwork we have from her insurance agency states nothing on this matter.

You have nothing to worry about. Your wife's carrier must cover you. If you have any problems call me since I concentrate in personal injury & motor vehicle law.
