wrong prescription
i had a prescription filled at a well know drug store and they gave my 9 year old the wrong medication and she took one they sent her to the er but there are no serious problem thaqnk god now i want to keep this from happening again. my child will not even take an asprin now they are admitting total guilt they are asking how much money i think i derserve i have no idea of what to tell them could you please give me a figure?

I represent a woman who experienced the same problem. She took the pills for 1 week before realizing the error. A lawsuit is pending.
Since there was no injury to your daughter the compensation will probably be minimal ($500). You may prefer to go to your local newspaper to tell the story.
