Use of Car Names in A Game

I am creating an online video game that will be free for users to play. All revenue will be based off advertising. Its a car similar to the idea of Grand Theft Auto and I want to use Car Names. For example, one of the cars you can obtain is a Honda Civic. Now The photos I understand I can not have their logo in them, but can I use real car names? I know Grand Theft Auto uses fake car names so I thought this may be a legal issue.
