Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

contract

I sold a camper as is and wrote a contract saying that and got it noterized. I signed it and he signed it. Two weeks later he wants out of the sell of the camper. The transaction has already happened. Does he have any rights to get out of it?

He might if he can prove that you caused him to accept the terms of the contract by representing to him that the facts were different than they actually are, but that would probably be a difficult claim for him to win.

Nope -- a deal is a deal. He is stuck with it, unless you want to let him out of the contract.
