Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida
I have been living in the USA for 4 years and have a home there and 2 DBA, I am a French citizen. Now I live in Thailand. I have recorded a Trademark last year while I was in Thailand and I just learn that someone claims that I recorded this trademark in a fraudulent way and claim 85k in damage plus the trademark to get to them.
How they can sue me if I am in Thailand and can they win and sell my home? I will not be able to go to the court, and I have no money to defend myself. The person who sue me is a French criminal who is very known about the fact he got 5 years in prison in a huge case of tax fraud covered by press and TV. But can I fight against this guy from Thailand?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say a lot more facts are needed, as well as a review of all surrounding circumstances and documents. You need to consult with a good intellectual property or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
