Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida
I was a named defendant in a lawsuit with several other people (one entity v. 16 entities). In my response, do I have to list all the other names as well at the top in the title with the case number or can I just have it titled as them v. me?

In responding to lawsuit (Complaint) your Answer may use "et al" rather than listing the 15 other defendants. (Ex: Plaintiff v. you, et al)
