Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida
Officially licensed merchandise
If I have purchased officially licensed decals from a wholesaler/retailer, can I then use these decals incorporated into a crafts project to sell online, if I state that I am not affiliated with, nor work for such and such organizations, that however I--name removed--use officially licensed & manufactured product within my craft project? Is this acceptable, or will it get me into trouble?

Mr. Wagner is correct, but look to the contract that gave you the rights you have. I could also assist you in trying to acquire additional rights.
