Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida
I have power of attonary of a friend I am trying to get his canine out of a pound in FL I live in Tn. The pound isn't working with me I have found the canine on there web page I have asked them to call her by name to see what responds they get and to see if she is spayed they refuse time is running out for her to be put to sleep

As a franchise attorney I can recommend something. First, call the shelter and ask them what YOU need to do, in their eyes, to get the dog (assuming it is the proper dog). These shelters are usually very cooperative, as they don't want to put the animal to sleep. I'm sure they will suggest different options.
